Not really. We rely on the Philosopher to power this one, as time has shown. So the Philosopher and Pi are 'sister sites', and that means both link to each other more prominently. I would not bother recommending other sites at all.
Yes, as per comment one above - I think this should go under the general editorial structure page, and if it gets lengthy, that we overspill onto a new sub-page.

Suggest we simply have a category of morsels which are really posts. However these draft posts will not be front-paged.
